Role overview
Design and roll out M&E systems so field teams and donors see clear, timely evidence of program reach and outcomes. You will work closely with program leads and community partners.
Key responsibilities
- Develop indicators, tools, and data collection plans
- Train field staff on surveys, mobile data collection, and ethical data use
- Clean and analyze data; produce dashboards and donor reports
- Support learning reviews and course corrections with partners
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
- 2+ years M&E experience in health or development NGOs
- Strong Excel; experience with Kobo/ODK, Power BI, or similar is an asset
- Excellent English; local languages valued
