Health Advocates Frontline Team (HAFT) is a community-based organization in Kabarole District, Uganda, working to improve rural health through education, outreach, and volunteer-driven healthcare initiatives. Since 2017, HAFT has mobilized health professionals and students to empower communities, promote preventive care, and connect people to essential health services.
