We accept donations through secure channels, including:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (via third-party processors such as Stripe)
  • Pesapal (Mobile Money, cards, and other channels where offered)
  • Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel)
  • Bank transfers

All payments are processed through secure and compliant payment systems.

4. Donation Confirmation

Upon successful donation:

  • You will receive a confirmation (email or SMS where applicable)
  • A transaction reference or receipt will be issued

5. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate donations
  • Incorrect donation amount due to error

Refund conditions

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction
  • Proof of transaction may be required
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible

While we strive to honor donor preferences (if specified), HAFT Uganda reserves the right to redirect funds to areas of greatest impact when necessary.
