Before HAFT can intervene, we conduct community diagnosis - systematic household health surveys that identify unvaccinated children, expectant mothers not receiving antenatal care, households affected by HIV/AIDS or malnutrition, and signs of domestic violence or poor sanitation. This data guides our outreach priorities for Kabarole and the 6 other Western Uganda districts where we work.
