HIV/AIDS prevalence in Kabarole District is approximately 11% - significantly above Uganda national average. HAFT runs HIV/AIDS awareness sessions in schools, churches, and community gatherings, challenging stigma, promoting voluntary testing, and connecting youth with reproductive health education. Every person who knows their status and accesses treatment early is a life protected.
